Support to women and girls aged 13 and over who are thinking of reporting to the police or are currently reporting through the criminal justice system.

Serves as a call to action, this report examines how the media has portrayed rape and sexual violence against women and girls over the past four decades. We highlight the key trends and patterns in media representation over time – exploring the ways in which the media portrays rape and those involved – focusing on survivors, perpetrators, and individuals in positions of power, such as influencers, politicians, and community leader.
